Shorter remote sessions where you'll get valuable guidance around how to negotiate fearlessly and then pull all the respective parts of the programme together into tests you can run and ideas you can implement straight away.

Who’s the course for?

  • Digital, creative or technology based businesses with 4 or more employees based in Lincolnshire.

 

Note: As spaces are limited registering interest will not automatically guarantee acceptance. 

 

Who’s the best person on my team to send?

  • This course is designed for leaders in that it will require strategic and medium-long term decisions to be made.

  • As places are limited we need to restrict to two representatives per company.

 

What is the time commitment and format of the course?

  • It is around 10 hours of structured sessions as outlined above, plus there will be a requirement for participants to do some homework’ in between sessions (an hour or two each time max).

When is the course held?

  • First session is a half day at Mosaic in Lincoln on 23rd May 2023. Two zoom calls will take place in the following few weeks.
