We'll then have a shorter remote session where we'll give some really valuable guidance around how to negotiate fearlessly and then pull all the respective parts of the programme together into an actionable plan that you can take back into your business and implement.

Your Chance to talk to the consultants directly and specifically about your business, ideas and plans as a result of being on the programme. You'll be challenged arounf the choices and decisions made - all with the intention of creating a strategically sound and operationally robust plan.

There is limited availability as the course capacity is six companies.

Who’s the course for?

  • Digital, creative or technology based businesses with 5 or more employees based in Lincolnshire.

 

Note: Spaces are limited and companies must meet eligibility criteria.

Registering interest will not automatically guarantee acceptance. 

 

Who’s the best person on my team to send?

  • This course is designed for Directors in that it will require strategic and medium-long term decisions to be made.

  • As places are limited we need to restrict to two representatives per company.

  •  

What is the time commitment and format of the course?

  • It is around 10 hours of structured sessions as outlined above, plus there will be a requirement for participants to do some ‘homework’ in between the (an hour or two each time max).

I’ve worked in the creative, digital and tech sector for over 25 years - from the network to boutique agencies and a few in between.  And have therefore experienced first hand the challenges of growing businesses like these from a strategic, operational and commercial perspective. 

 

For the last 5+ years I've been creating and facilitating growth programmes such as this as well as providing NED/Board Advisory support to business in the sector.
