I started my career designing large and dynamic problem-solving conferences at Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) facility.
Companies would hire the place and the team and bring up to 120 leaders for three day in-person events using floor to ceiling whiteboards, smart-screens and experiential business design before that was even a thing.
For the last 15 years I’ve used that toolkit as my starting point for developing a suite of approaches to design and facilitate some of the UK’s most innovative workshops – albeit with much smaller budgets! :-)
